Google drops the Beta Tag from Google Groups

From Today Google drops the beta tag from Google Groups.

With the help of Google Groups users can connect with people, access information, and communicate effectively over email and on the web. You can have discussions and create pages in many languages at free of cost. The new version of Google Groups provides an unparalleled interactive forum for discussion and collaboration.

The new features allow you to easily create, manage, search, and browse groups. Google Groups helps you keep in touch with friends, family, or colleagues, publish information relevant to your group, organize events, or work on projects. Google Groups never displays popups and banner ads. You see only relevant text ads.

You can select pictures, colors and styles to give your group its own distinct look. You can Upload and share your work with others in your group. You can Learn more about the other members in your group.
